Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance (via WhatsApp or by phone: 0176 74123999) — that way the slot can be offered to another guest. Appointments cancelled late or not at all are charged a fee of at least 50 % under § 615 of the German Civil Code. Rescheduling within the deadline is always possible.
