Is laser hair removal safe?

Our ICE laser with three wavelengths is listed in the device register of Schleswig-Holstein and is operated exclusively by experts certified by the state under NiSV. Before the first session we check your skin type and any contraindications. Cooling down to −25 °C makes the treatment almost painless. We discuss your plan in a free consultation — including a free test shot.

Why are your prices higher than elsewhere?

Because we work honestly and aim for a real result. Booking cheaply often means paying twice — in money and in time. With us you do not invest in endless sessions but in professional technology and maximum efficiency: where 15 to 20 treatments are usually needed, we normally manage it in 5 to 7. Thanks to modern three-wavelength technology, powerful cooling and very well trained experts we achieve convincing results even on light hair. No promises that drag on for years, just honest work for skin that really feels smooth.

Does the permanent make-up treatment hurt?

The treatment is usually very easy to tolerate. Olga Pro works with modern devices and high-quality premium pigments, so the skin is only minimally stressed. Many clients feel nothing more than a light tingling, a vibration or a gentle scratching during the session. Maximum precision and the relaxed atmosphere in the studio help keep any unpleasant sensations to a minimum.

What should I know about microneedling?

For a clear effect a course of 3 to 6 treatments is usually needed. Sessions are on average 2 to 4 weeks apart so the skin can recover fully. Right after a session there is slight redness which fades after 2 to 4 hours. For the first few days you need gentle cleansing, intensive moisturising and maximum sun protection.

Which lash extensions suit me and how long do they last?

No stress — Olga chooses the length, volume and curl to match the shape of your eyes: from a light natural look to expressive volume. Lash extensions last 6 to 9 weeks on average, which matches the natural growth and renewal cycle of your own lashes of about 70 to 90 days.

Can I train at your academy?

Yes! We offer courses and master classes one to one and in small groups — as a self-care course or as professional training with a certificate. After the training you can start working right away, self-employed or employed, in our studio as well. You will find the details in the academy section.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please cancel appointments at least 18 hours in advance (via WhatsApp or by phone: 0176 74123999) — that way the slot can be offered to another guest. Appointments cancelled late or not at all are charged a fee of at least 50 % under § 615 of the German Civil Code. Rescheduling within the deadline is always possible.
